Shipping & Returns
Orders placed before 4PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. After 4PM EST it will ship the next day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays (in such case you will be notified).
Any order over $75 and being shipped to a US address is eligible for free shipping using the ground service of our choice (takes about 3-10 business days).
*All Shipping days are business days (Mon–Fri).
**Shipping time varies depending on the destination.
***Currently, Shipping is only available across the US and Canada.

Express Shipping orders placed before 4PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered promptly, we cannot be held liable for delays due to conditions beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, service interruptions, US holidays, etc.).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items you ordered and the selected shipping option, depending on the shipping provider.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Your orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees ("Additional Charges") levied by the destination country/state. You alone are responsible for any such Additional Charges. We have no control over such Additional Charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Grocery items are not returnable but may be refunded or replaced.
if you aren’t satisfied with the condition of the grocery product that you received from us or the product you received is incorrect, we will exchange it free of charge or provide a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of notifying us about the defective or incorrect item; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time for us to receive your notification, the time it takes us to process your notification and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to notify us of a defective or incorrect item, simply login to your account – My Account – go to Personal Ticket Area – click the “New Ticket” button and fill in the details of your query. The query will be raised to us and we will revert as soon as possible by e-mail. You can also check the status of your ticket in your personal ticket area.
In addition to all policies stated in the Company’s Terms and Conditions and Website, all orders placed on the Site are also subject to the Company’s Rules of Use. The Rules of Use Are as Follows: • Terms of coupon codes are subject to change at any time without notice. • Vouchers, coupons, and discount codes do not have any cash value and are not interchangeable. • Only one discount (coupon, voucher, or promotion price) may be used per order. Orders that used two or more coupons for the same order will be considered fraud and the company may reject shipment and process the paid amount as a processing fee charge for the company to review and establish the purchase as fraudulent. Company at its own discretion may elect to ship the lost value item only in the order or any other item of its choice without noticing the customer. • Vouchers are only valid for single use, even if not used for the full promotional value. • Coupons cannot be combined with other coupons OR any other discounts. • Coupons cannot be applied towards promotional priced items. • Errors or misprints on coupons will not be honored.
- Use of a coupon that results in a greater discount than approved by company may result in order cancellation.
- Company reserves the right not to honor errors or mistakes caused by coupon usage.
- Deliberate misuse of coupon codes will result in the order being canceled. • If an order is placed that does not meet these guidelines it will be canceled and refunded upon company’s sole discretion.
