-1/3 cup powdered sugar
-1/4 cup Galilee’s Delicacy Silan
-3 cups almonds, sliced
How to prepare:
Preheat the oven to 340°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the egg, powdered sugar, and Galilee’s Delicacy Silan until smooth. Add the almonds, and mix gently and carefully so they do not break apart. Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, or until the cookies are golden. Cool and store in an airtight container for up to one week.
