For the truffles:
-1 cup roasted hazelnuts
-10 Medjool dates, pitted
-2 tbsp. cocoa powder
-1 tsp. Galilee’s Delicacy 100% Dates Silan
For the coating:
-Cocoa powder


How to prepare:

Using a food processor with a steel blade, grind all the ingredients until combined into a paste.
Form small balls and roll them in cocoa powder.
Serve immediately, or store in a sealed box.



Refrigerate the truffles in a sealed container, for up to two weeks.
It is recommended to serve the truffles at room temperature.
You can use any type of nut, if you wish to substitute the hazelnuts out (in the same proportions).
