A wondrous and tasty meal in just two minutes!

Ingredients:

-Stir fry-appropriate vegetables, such as carrots, zucchini, green beans, etc. (frozen packages are also good)
-1 jar of Galilee’s Delicacy Roasted Peppers Spread
-Coconut milk
-A carbohydrate of your choice - rice/noodles/quinoa, etc.

How to prep:

Cook the vegetables until they are soft. Drain the cooking water.
Add the coconut milk and Galilee’s Delicacy Roasted Peppers Spread and simmer.
Mix continuously, until everything in the pan is hot and combined. Turn off the flame (after approximately 2 minutes, so that the coconut milk does not burn).
Serve with rice or noodles.
You can (and should) add tofu/seitan/tempeh to the Roasted Pepper Spread and coconut milk.
