Ingredients:

White fish fillets, 2 large or 3 small
-1 jar Galilee’s Delicacy Pickled Lemon Spread
-1 bunch of coriander, chopped
-1 bunch of parsley, chopped
-1 rosemary leaf
-1 garlic head
-15 cherry tomatoes, halved
-½ tsp. coarse black pepper
-½ tsp. salt
-½ cup white wine

How to prep:

Preheat your oven to 392°F (200°C).
Place all ingredients into a dish and mix well.
Pour ingredients into a pan and place straight into the oven.
Cook for 30 minutes.
